Objective of the B.Tech. program at IIIT-Delhi is to develop students, such that they are well prepared with the necessary core competencies, problem solving, and innovation skills needed to succeed in engineering, and entrepreneurship careers.
IIIT-Delhi subscribes to the view that a Master degree is primarily industry-focused, though it can be used as a stepping stone for research as well.
The Ph.D. program at IIIT-Delhi is focused towards research like any other Ph.D. program - limited coursework to enhance the breadth and depth of a student, followed by focused research.
